Media Center or Media Player crashes

- Please make sure that no other remote control software is running on the PC. Typically these applications register Add-Ins within Media Center and the Global Assembly Cache that can cause problems if more than one application of this kind is running.

- Please check if the file "wmppia.dll" exists in the Global Assembly Cache and remove it if possible. You can find the file in the "assembly" folder below your windows installation folder. Furthermore, it is important that you use Windows Explorer to delete the file.

- Should any connection problems arise, please check that communication on TCP ports 8919 and 8918 is possible between the Pronto and the PC. You might need to open these ports on your firewall.

How many PadOne licenses do I need?

- You need to purchase one license per MCE PC used in your system, even if there are multiple Pronto control panels used.

Will I also have access to music files stored on my separate hard disk?

- Normally yes, as long as the MCE PC has access to the music content, it will also be visible and controllable on the Pronto
